Teacher for special tasks (EG 13 TV-H) - in the field of business didactics

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee, open-ended. An increase is sought.

Tasks:

• Mainly teaching and supervisory activities in the field of business didactics for 9 semester hours per week, in particular in the area of business didactics teaching and curriculum development
• Supervision of academic theses
• Services in research and self-administration at the department

Prerequisites:

• Doctorate in the field of vocational and business education or in a related subject (education or economics) with a focus on 'vocational education'
• Academic university degree with very good results in the field of vocational and business education

An advantage are

• a completed second state examination
• positively evaluated university teaching experience
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of vocational business curriculum and teaching development
• Knowledge and experience in the fields of 'self-directed learning', 'innovative teaching methods', 'learning with new media', 'learning strategy training' and 'lesson planning'
• Very good IT skills and confidence in working with digital media
• Very good knowledge of English
• a high degree of organizational skills, an independent way of working and personal commitment
