Research assistant/employee (EG 13 TV-H) - in the field of work education

Part-time with half of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The employment is for the training and replacement of an employee during maternity leave and is initially limited until 22.04.2019 (§§ 40 No. 8, 30 TV-H in conjunction with § 21 BEEG). An extension for the duration of any parental leave is sought.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in research and teaching in the field of work education (teacher training program)
• Collaboration in the development of publication and research projects as well as in the acquisition of third-party funds
• Research on concepts of sustainability in knowledge domains related to work education and their curricular implementation.

Prerequisites:

• completed academic university studies, preferably in labor studies, alternatively with an economic orientation
• careful, independent and team-oriented working style

Advantageous are:

• experience in international projects in the field of education for sustainable development
• knowledge in (plural) economics and sustainability
• experience in university teaching
