Workshop "Applying Gendered Innovations"

Prof. Londa Schiebinger will discuss approaches to the integration of gendered innovations in the research field of natural sciences, engineering and technology with the participants in the internal university workshop. Innovation and discovery are about integrating sex and gender analysis into the design of research. The operative question is how can we harness the creative power of sex & gender analysis for discovery? Does considering gender add a valuable dimension to research? Does it take research in new directions? This workshop will focus on how to integrate sex/gender analysis into the design of research.
