Research Assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Department of Economic Policy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.11.2021 as part of the project "Environmental policy instrumentation to reduce plastic pollution in inland waters via drainage systems (InRePlast)" (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG). An extension is being sought.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project

Requirements:

• Academic university degree in economics or business psychology with good to very good results
• Sound knowledge of behavioral sciences and/or environmental or innovation economics, network analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social research

• Confident manner and excellent communication skills in contact with project partners and practitioners
• Very good English language skills

An advantage are

• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in the processing of third-party funded projects and in the implementation and evaluation of empirical studies
• Knowledge in the field of microplastics
• Experience and willingness to write scientific articles
• Doctorate
• A high degree of organizational skills, independent and reliable way of working, high ability to work transdisciplinarily
• Willingness to travel
