4 project staff (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Teaching Service Center in the project "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse"

The following positions are available in the above-mentioned project:

1. in the sub-project "Media Didactics ":

Project employee (EG 13 TV-H), fixed-term, full-time (currently 40 hours per week)

The position is initially limited until 31.12.2020 (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting teachers in the creation and use of content for the "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse" platform, including didactic issues
• Contact person for networking with the joint service facility in Hesse
• Participation in the university didactic discourse
• Initiating and supporting contacts between lecturers from different universities for the joint development of digital courses for the "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse" platform
• Collaboration in internal and external project communication and reporting,

Your requirements:

• Completed academic university degree in media didactics, e-learning and media education or comparable degree, preferably with a doctorate
• Relevant experience in the conception and realization of digital educational offers

Advantageous are:

• Strong communication and social skills
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• High affinity for university structures and working methods

2. in the sub-project "Development and production of educational videos ":

(a) Project employee (EG 13 TV-H), fixed-term, full-time (currently 40 hours per week).

The position is initially limited until 31.12.2020 (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

b) Project employee (EG 13 TV-H), temporary, part-time (currently 30 hours per week)

Part-time with 75.00 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2020 (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting lecturers in the development and production of educational videos
• Implementation of specific teaching video projects
• Offering media skills workshops for students
• Developing a handout and one or more best practice examples on the topic of "Video as a study and examination achievement"
• Collaboration in internal and external project communication and reporting

Your requirements:

• Completed academic university degree with media-related studies or a comparable qualification
• Proven practical experience with film, animation and media design
• Experience in the conception and realization of digital educational offers

Advantageous are:

• Strong communication and social skills
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• High affinity to university structures and working methods

3. in the sub-project "E-exams and e-assessments":

Project employee (EG 13 TV-H), fixed-term, part-time (currently 30 hours per week)

Part-time with 75.00 percent of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2020 (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

Your tasks:

• Independent administration and support of e-exams and e-assessments
• Advising and supporting lecturers in the development of e-exams and e-assessments
• Documentation of digital assessment scenarios at the University of Kassel
• Contributing to the "Digitally supported teaching and learning in Hesse" platform
• Collaboration in internal and external project communication and reporting

Your requirements:

• Completed academic university degree, preferably with a didactic focus
• Demonstrable, pronounced high affinity for technology and IT skills
• Practical experience in the field of "e-exams" and "e-assessment" at universities

An advantage:

• Strong communication and social skills
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• High affinity to university structures and working methods
