Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in connection with § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WissZeitVG; artistic further qualification).

 

Tasks:

  • Collaboration in the study program Product Design especially in the design teaching of the 'permanent guest professorship Product Design' which is occupied by renowned, international designers every year.
  • Participation in the organization and further development of the 'permanent guest professorship product design' for the course of studies product design.
  • Development of an own qualification project.
  • Support in the external presentation of the design department, especially in the context of exhibitions, on the Internet and social media.

Prerequisites:

  • Completed artistic studies in the field of product/industrial design at an art college/university.
  • Experience through internships or project work in industry, design offices or manufactories
