Teacher for special tasks (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Institute of Economics

Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 28.02.2021 with the possibility of extension (§ 2 Abs. 1 WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

The position holder is expected to provide scientific services to the extent of 7 SWS of teaching and by participating in research tasks in the area of economic methods, especially in the basic areas of statistics as well as computer-based teaching with relevant software for statistical data analysis. In addition, the position holder is expected to support the department in establishing a method-oriented consulting service.

The opportunity for further qualification in the context of a doctorate is given.

Requirements:

Academic university degree with at least good grades in the field of business administration, economics, business mathematics, statistics or related fields of study. Knowledge of using data analysis software, for example R, SPSS, Stata or EViews.

Advantageous:

Teaching experience is an advantage.
