Round Table "Gender Equality Perspectives in the Academic System at the University of Kassel"

Gender equality perspectives and their implementation in the academic system are an important part of organizational development and organizational culture at the University of Kassel. Initial results of the research project "Gender Equality Consulting" show that there are very different perceptions and, above all, specific needs and starting points in the various subject and research areas with regard to the implementation of gender equality.

As part of a round table, there will be a public university discussion beyond the departmental boundaries on how equality can be further developed as a cross-cutting issue and concretized for the different subject cultures.
