The three speakers Alexis Gross, Sascha Bergmann and Maximilian Hahn talk about their careers at Continental.

Sascha Berg mann is Head of Product Industrialization/ Passenger Car Tires.
Product Industrialization forms the bridge between F&E (tire development in Hanover) and series maturity in production (Korbach). The PI ensures that tests are carried out in the plant in accordance with the Group's specifications and, if the tests are successful, are "industrialized" accordingly in series production.  
Alexis Gross is  Head of Training and Further Education at the Korbach site.
He is responsible for coordinating the industrial and commercial apprenticeships as well as the dual study programs.

Maximilian Hahn is HR Business Partner and Employer Branding Manager.
He is responsible for HR support and coordination of all strategic EWC measures for the Korbach site.
