Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Modern German Literature

Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The employment is to replace an employee during maternity leave and is initially limited until 01.01.2020 (§§ 40 No. 8, 30 TV-H in conjunction with § 21 BEEG). An extension for the duration of any parental leave is sought.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in research and teaching in the field of Modern German Literary Studies
• Independent work on a research subfield
• Collaboration in research projects and publications of the department.

Requirements:

• Academic university degree in German studies with a focus on literary studies completed with good to very good results at the time of starting the position.

Advantages are:

• Interest in the thematic focus "censorship" of the department
• knowledge of history and literary theory
• high linguistic, communicative and organizational competence
• teaching experience as a tutor.
