Teacher for special tasks (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Institute for Social Work

Part-time with half of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 30.09.2021 (§ 2 Abs. 1 WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

• Scientific service to the extent of 7 semester hours per week of teaching in the Bachelor's degree program in Social Work, including in the professional practice and field of action-related modules, in particular also on topics of "Sexuality and Power in the Context of Social Work" under consideration of professional ethical aspects and on topics of child and youth welfare, as well as in the context of the practice phase for state recognition.
• Participation in the taking of module examinations and examinations for state recognition
• Supervision and support of students in the preparation of qualification theses, in particular also in the context of the preparation of bachelor theses
• Initiation and active supervision of student projects
• Participation in research tasks in the field of social work, in particular also on topics related to professional ethics

Requirements:

• Above-average degree in educational science, social science and/or scientific university studies in social work.
• Theoretical, empirical and/or practical experience and knowledge in the field of social work
• Special university teaching skills, ideally related to teaching experience with students in degree programs qualifying them for social work activities
• Willingness to participate in the committees of academic self-government
