Tasks:

The tasks include content-related and conceptual collaboration in teaching, research, other services and self-administration. In teaching, various courses (Bachelor's and Master's) amounting to 4 SWS are to be designed in the main topics of the Department of Technology and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. Requirements:

We are looking for a scientifically proven personality with outstanding scientific potential. A university degree in economics / business administration with a focus on technology and innovation management as well as a completed and relevant doctorate with distinction is required. In addition, initial publication experience in international and high-ranking journals (technology and innovation management or entrepreneurship) with a focus on innovation portfolio management and new product development is expected as further proof of academic potential. A behavioral and cognitive perspective on decision-making processes in innovation management is advantageous in this research area to ensure scientific connectivity. Furthermore, extensive experience in (independent) teaching at Bachelor's and Master's level as well as successful participation in the acquisition of third-party funded projects are required for the position. Furthermore, initial international experience and networks as well as diverse knowledge in the conception, implementation and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative studies are an advantage.
