Project Manager (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - Department of Physics Education

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The employment is for the replacement of an employee during parental leave and is initially limited until 28.08.2020 §§ 40 No. 8, 30 TV-H in conjunction with § 21 BEEG).

Tasks:

• Management of the overall PRONET-D project in cooperation with the project management
• Coordination of the embedding of the project in the administrative and committee landscape of the University of Kassel
• Monitoring the management of funds
• Participation in the presentation of the projects within and outside the university
• Ensuring compliance with reporting obligations to the funding body

Requirements:

• Academic university degree with at least good grades
• Familiarity with scientific issues and research methods
• Experience in project management and in dealing with third-party funders
• Ability to defend planning concepts and proposals in central university committees
• Good knowledge of higher education and educational policy frameworks

Advantageous are:

• Previous knowledge in the field of digitization
• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational skills
