Workshop foreman (m/f/d), EG 9 a TV-H - in the central test laboratory

Tasks:

The job holder will support the employees of the departments in the metal workshop and the central test laboratory of the Institute of Structural Engineering, which is used by several departments, in the planning and creation of test setups and in work in the workshop, as well as independently planning, coordinating and carrying out maintenance work.

Requirements:

• Qualification as a master craftsman in the field of metalworking with relevant professional experience
• Additionally: Professional experience in the maintenance of hydraulic systems
• Aptitude for organization and people management
• German language skills at native speaker level

The work in the metal workshop and central laboratory requires handling heavy components (with machine support) and working at heights of up to 6 m

Advantageous are

• Basic knowledge of materials technology
• English language skills
