Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Sociology

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2023 as part of the sub-project "Qualitative Meta-Evaluation" of the joint project "PRONET-D" (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. Depending on further research activities, an increase or extension of the position is possible.

The sub-project has the task of evaluating the BMBF-funded network and the individual projects, feeding the results back into the network and using them to develop a sociological analysis of the introduction of digital teaching and learning formats.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project

Requirements:

• Academic university degree in sociology (Master's degree) completed with very good results. The required degree must be available by the date of recruitment at the latest.
• Experience in empirical social research (especially qualitative methods)
• Experience in the implementation of BMBF-funded research projects
• Knowledge of digitization processes in the education sector (especially in universities)
• Confident handling of relevant work software

Advantageous are:

• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Experience in dealing with publications and presentations
