Dragons of inaction

The Public Climate School initiated by Students for Future will take place from November 7 - 11, 2022. For one week, there will be lectures, discussions and other events on the topic of climate and environmental protection at many universities and universities of applied sciences in Germany - including at the Campus Center on 9 November.

As part of this, a group of students from the Department of Ecological Agricultural Sciences, in cooperation with the Graduate Center for Environmental Research and Teaching (GradZ) and the Green Office of the University of Kassel, will be holding the "Dragons of inaction" campaign on Wednesday, November 9, between 10:00 and 12:30 in the foyer of the CampusCenter. The aim is to question how the "inner bastard" that prevents a person from acting sustainably can be overcome. In an interactive activity, you can confront your own inner dragon and find out what you can do to overcome it. The event format was developed as part of the "Teaching for a Sustainable University" project and was already offered at the Hessian Sustainability Day in the Königsgalerie in Kassel in September.
