The lecture will present results from the project InDiVers, which examines the procedures for determining special educational needs against the background of the concept of institutional discrimination and thus analyzes how an (also) pedagogical decision is litigated within the framework of an administrative procedure and how 'other' students, namely students with special educational needs, are constructed in the process.
