From anise to cinnamon: spices from all over the world. Participation seminar for all from 12 years in the tropical greenhouse Witzenhausen

Grandparents, parents and children (aged 12 and over) experience the cookies and cookies of the pre-Christmas season in a different way: they feel and guess spices from aniseed to cinnamon, sniff the characteristic ingredients of Christmas cookies, listen to anecdotes and stories and experience the spice plants in a guided tour in a tropical climate. It's about pepper sacks, conquests, gingerbread as a fasting food - and what this still has to do with us today.
Afterwards, there is non-alcoholic mulled punch for everyone. To "bake on", the family can purchase fair-trade, organically grown spices and chocolate from the Weltladen Witzenhausen stand.
