Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.09.2020 to work in the project "Kolearn" (§ 14 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 1 TzBfG). An extension is being sought.

 

Tasks:

  • Administrative and office organization: All correspondence (also in English), in independent and autonomous conception, appointment organization, file management, etc. in the project "Kolearn
  • Independent administrative support of personnel processes (esp. in the context of new hires, continued employment, vacation/sick leave notifications) of the employees in the "Kolearn" project.
  • Financial management in the "Kolearn" project (funds call, funds advances, funds reallocations)
  • Support of the 2nd level support in the testing phase, in the execution of the workshops as well as in the system usage in the project "Kolearn".
  • Collaboration in the organization of seminars, symposia and conferences in the "Kolearn" project
  • Independent planning and controlling of tasks for the processing of resources in the "Kolearn" project
  • Writing challenging scientific texts based on drafts, e.g. publications, poster presentations, lecture notes, expert reports, brochures (also in English)

 

Prerequisites:

  • Completed vocational training in an administrative or commercial profession
  • Very good commercial knowledge and/or administrative experience
  • Confident handling of software applications (esp. MS Office, SAP)
  • Organizational talent, structured thinking and independent working style
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure, team player and organizational skills
  • Confident appearance, friendly manners, excellent communication skills and very good spelling skills
  • Fluency in written correspondence, confidence in formulation, good spelling skills, expertise in IT, especially in the use of e-mails, the Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
