According to FOCUS-Business: University of Kassel among the "Top National Employers 2025"

In the category"Education/University/University of Applied Sciences/School", the University of Kassel is one of the 15 best-rated educational institutions in Germany as an employer, placing it in the upper range of the 58 institutions assessed. By comparison, there are a total of 428 universities in Germany (as of August 9, 2024).

Companies had to provide at least 50 ratings from various sources and achieve an average score of at least 3.5 out of 5 points. In addition, only companies with more than 500 employees and headquarters in Germany were considered. Both the overall rating and the number of ratings submitted were used for the analysis.

With this annual list, FOCUS Business offers job seekers guidance and recognizes companies that stand out for their particularly attractive working conditions. Employers from various sectors and categories are evaluated within this framework.
