Promote your Career is designed to support international Master's students throughout their entire qualification path with tailor-made offers to help them succeed in their studies and subsequently pursue a professional career in Germany. It is implemented by the International Office, the Career Service and the International Study Center / Language Center and in close cooperation with the degree programs.

Who can take part?

Promote your Career is aimed in particular at students from the following four Master's programs:

Promote your Career supports the acquisition of the German language with innovative German language courses, teaches practical, job-related and technical communication skills and thus offers closely networked new career orientation opportunities and insights into the world of work and careers in Germany.

  1. Tailor-made, free German courses are offered that lead to level B2 of the CEFR within two years by means of language certificates.
  2. Students are supported with individual coaching and career-related workshops to help them with their career orientation.
  3. Promote your Career also offers the acquisition of key skills and networking with the German and regional job market and provides information on its special features.
