Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning

Part-time with 45% of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 30.11.2020 within the framework of the project "From industrial area to productive urban quarter: service and industrial locations as laboratories and initiators for sustainable urban development - GePro Quartier" (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project.

Requirements:

• Academic university studies in urban and regional planning completed with at least good results.

Advantageous are:

• Prior knowledge of post-Fordist structural change and its effects on spatial and settlement structures.
• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational ability and teamwork skills
• Experience in the use of GIS and programs for the visual processing of data and maps.
