The Dean's Office Management supports the department management, which consists of the Dean, Vice Dean and Dean of Studies, and is responsible for the administrative processes of the department. Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the personnel of the employees reporting to you in the departmental administration and will be responsible for the associated personnel and organizational management. You will be responsible for the administrative preparation and follow-up of meetings and draft resolutions of departmental committees as well as documenting and monitoring the implementation of resolutions. Your profile:

You have a successfully completed academic university degree - ideally with a doctorate. As part of your studies or previous professional career, you have already gained experience in an engineering environment. In addition, you can demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of central fields of science management through relevant university certificates. Several years of management experience or at least proven management potential are essential. You are familiar with the special features of academic institutions and have comprehensive knowledge of structural and procedural organizations as well as typical responsibilities in universities. You are familiar with the relevant university-specific legal regulations and have knowledge of academic procedures.
