Teacher for special tasks (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the Institute for Romance Studies

Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is limited for 24 months (§ 14 Abs. 2 TzBfG).

Tasks:

• Teaching Spanish language at all levels;
• Organization and evaluation of language tests;
• Participation in the improvement of the language teaching program.

The teaching load is based on the teaching obligation regulation in effect at the time and is currently 9 SWS with predominant teaching. Willingness to participate in academic governance is expected.

Requirements:

• Completed academic university studies preferably in the field of philology. Required degree must be received no later than the date of hire;
• Spanish as a native language;
• Pedagogical aptitude and teaching experience in the teaching of Spanish preferably at the university level; experience with the technical language of business;

• Very good knowledge of German;
• Familiarity with the culture of Latin America and/or Spain.

The person to be hired must never have been employed by the employer "Land Hessen"; this does not apply to a vocational training relationship.
