FoSS: (How) can an upgrading of elderly care work? Results of a new employee survey

Nursing care for the elderly is known for precarious working conditions and low wages. To make the profession more attractive, politicians are trying to reform the sector. Do these improvements reach the elderly care workers? This question will be discussed in the lecture on the basis of new survey data from geriatric care facilities in Germany.
