Career prospects

With the Master's degree, business educators fulfill the requirements for entering the preparatory service (Referendariat). Afterwards, a variety of school-related fields of activity are open to them: These include all types of vocational schools (e.g., vocational schools or vocational high schools) in which commercial subjects are taught. The teaching profession at vocational schools represents a demanding activity that offers trained business educators an interesting and future-proof job.
In addition, graduates also have access to numerous extracurricular fields of activity, e.g. as lecturers in educational institutions or companies.
For particularly successful graduates, the master's degree also opens up the possibility of entry into higher service and doctoral studies.
