The "Larabicus" robot can keep ship hulls clean even while sailing on the high seas. This helps to drastically reduce fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. In addition, "Larabicus" makes environmentally harmful protective coatings superfluous. An event accompanying the exhibition "Herkules Racing Team | E-Racing Cars from the University of Kassel"

The exhibition presents one of the most exciting projects at the University of Kassel: the students of the Herkules Racing Team are building real racing cars for real competitions. They compete against teams from other universities in the Formula Student, an international design competition. At UNI:Lokal you will learn that there is much more to it than fast laps and quick pit stops.

Highlights of the exhibition are three racing cars from previous seasons. Both car connoisseurs and laymen will find lots of interesting information. Test your driving skills in a vehicle simulator and achieve fast lap times! A Carrera track also invites you to join in and experience the speed.
