Research Assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - Department of Agricultural Engineering

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2018 to replace an employee during parental leave (§§ 40 No. 8, 30 TV-H in conjunction with § 21 BEEG) as part of the project "Postdoctoral Fellowship Program for Young African Scientists in Engineering" with the possible possibility of extension

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project

Requirements:

• University degree with good to very good grades in an agricultural science program with an international focus

Required and detailed proof must be provided:

• Experience abroad, especially in independent scientific work in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Successful implementation of summer schools, conferences and training courses
• Further training in the field of moderation
• Experience in project resource management
• Language skills in at least English, French and Arabic.
