Lawyer (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Central University Administration - Data Protection Officer

Temporary for a period of 2 years in accordance with § 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 Part-Time and Fixed-term Employment Act.

Tasks:

• Creation and implementation of a data protection concept in the context of the new provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation for the University of Kassel.
• Among other things, preparation of concrete data protection notices for specific groups of persons within the university, in each case in close cooperation with the official data protection officer and her deputy.

Requirements:

• at least 1st state examination in law
• Interest in conceptual work
• good computer skills in MS-Office applications
• good knowledge of English

Advantageous are:

• Knowledge of the current data protection law (DSGVO), in particular HDSIG.
