Research assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the field of public law, in particular IT law and environmental law

Full-time. The employment takes place in two BMBF projects on biometric video surveillance and is limited until 30.04.2019 (§ 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG).

Tasks

• Scientific collaboration in two research projects on biometric video surveillance
• Working on legal issues (especially data protection and constitutional law)
• Participation in project meetings, interdisciplinary cooperation and presentation of legal results

Requirements:

Above-average academic university degree in law (Juristisches Staatsexamen or Master of Laws) as well as interest in innovative research questions of constitutional and IT law, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner as well as communication and teamwork skills.

Advantageous are:

Previous knowledge in the above-mentioned areas of law, relevant teaching experience, subject-specific foreign language skills, basic understanding of technical principles
