Research Associate (up to EG 13 TV-H) - Institute of Social Services "Social Work"

with 65% of the regular working hours of a full-time employee as part of the joint project "Who makes whom and what a case and how? Reconstructions of case constitution and cooperation of special and socio-educational professionals in inclusive schools - FallKo". The position is limited until 30.09.2020 (§ 2, Abs. 2, WissZeitVG). The opportunity for further qualification is given.

Your tasks:

• Data and literature research with regard to the subject area of the project
• Qualitative-reconstructive evaluation of the collected data and consolidation of the results
• Participation in or independent writing of publications and reports
• Participation in pedagogical symposia at the schools

Your requirements:

• A university degree in educational science, social work/social pedagogy or a teaching degree with at least good grades
• sound knowledge and experience with the collection and evaluation of qualitative-reconstructive data as well as in-depth theoretical knowledge regarding the topic of "profession/professionalism/professionalization" in the context of social work and/or school are required
• Confidence in writing scientific texts is expected

Advantageous are:

• Experience in scientific project coordination (BMBF, DFG or comparable) or in the independent implementation of projects
• Practical experience in the field of social work and/or in the field of (school) development
