Research assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the field of public law, in particular IT law and environmental law

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited to 2 years with the possibility of extension (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An extension is intended.

Tasks

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of public law, IT law and environmental law
• Independent processing of current issues in these areas and participation in the conception and processing of a research sub-area
• Supervision and implementation of courses in the scope of 2 SWS

Prerequisites

• Above-average academic university degree in law (state examination in law or Master of Laws)
• Interest in innovative research questions in IT law or environmental law
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Ability to communicate and work in a team

Advantageous are:

• Previous knowledge in the areas of law mentioned
• Subject-specific foreign language skills
