Research Assistant (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Department of Childhood and Youth Law

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of childhood and youth law
• Teaching to the extent of 2 SWS
• Collaboration in the acquisition of third-party funds and publications in the field of juvenile law, in particular juvenile criminal law
• Collaboration in the institute and participation in the institute's tasks

Prerequisites:

• Academic university degree in law or social sciences with at least good results (state examination in law: satisfactory)
• proven interest in juvenile (criminal) law and/or criminological issues
• solid knowledge of English
• Interest in interdisciplinary research cooperation
• Thorough and independent way of working

Advantageous are

• Experience in scientific work, e.g. through participation in projects
• Experience in teaching
• Previous experience in a relevant field of practice
