Technical employee (EG 10 TV-H) - in the Department of Technical Physics

with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 31.12.2020 to replace an employee during the reduction in working hours (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 3 TzBfG)

Tasks:

• Development and independent implementation of structuring processes for the production of semiconductor nanostructures and optoelectronic components
• Supervision, operation and maintenance of large-scale equipment and measurement setups
• Supporting the research and project work of diploma and doctoral students and scientists in the department
• Operation and maintenance of the practical experiments for the nanostructure practical course for students

Prerequisites:

• Technical education with a degree certificate that entitles you to enter the career of the higher technical service or the corresponding qualification level (e.g. Diplom-FH)
• High level of commitment in a demanding, technologically oriented scientific environment
• Ability to organize the assigned tasks independently
• Responsible handling of particularly valuable substrates and hazardous working materials
• good knowledge of English
• advanced PC skills
