Project employee (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Central University Administration - Department of Development Planning / Strategic Personnel Development and Organizational Culture - as of 15.02.2019

The University of Kassel is a young university with around 25,000 students, around 300 professors and around 3,300 employees
and staff. It has an exceptionally broad profile with the competence fields of nature, technology, culture and society.

In the Central University Administration - Department of Development Planning / Strategic Human Resources Development and Organizational Culture - the following position is to be filled from 15.02.2019 for the conception and implementation of personnel and organizational development measures:

Project employee (EG 13 TV-H), temporary, part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee (currently 20 hours per week). The position is limited to 2 years (§ 14 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 1 TzBfG).

Your tasks in the PE on board project:

Needs assessment and, based on this, design of target group-specific measures in the fields of action:

• Onboarding for new employees (the 100 first days at the university)
• Expansion of leadership skills in administration and science
• Promoting the career and skills development of various employment groups
   

Your profile:

• You have a university degree, preferably in a social science, economics or psychology subject
• You have the relevant methodological and technical knowledge to conduct needs assessments and design personnel and organizational development measures
• You have very good written and spoken communication skills and a confident and friendly manner
• You have moderation and consulting experience
• You show a high degree of initiative and personal commitment and your way of working is independent, goal- and team-oriented
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of university organization, science management and science administration
