Senior university lecturer (A 13/14 HBesG) for secondment in the field of foreign language teaching and learning research & Intercultural Communication

Job profile:

Predominant teaching activity to the extent of currently 14 semester hours per week. It is expected that the subject area will be represented in its entirety in all modules of all degree programs. Academic services by supporting the department in all areas of teaching, research and general department-specific tasks, e.g. participation in the committees and the Integrated Study Workshop, support in the internationalization of the department as well as in cooperation with schools, also via the Kassel English Colloquium and the Bilingual Kassel Working Group (BIKA) and department-related institutions. Willingness for professional development.

Requirements profile:

Very good university degree in teaching English, 2nd state examination as well as relevant qualifications and experience in the field of foreign language teaching and learning research and intercultural studies.

-and intercultural communication as well as an excellent command of English. Sound IT knowledge of standard software for the implementation of media-based teaching.
