Research Associate (EG 13 TV-H) - in the Department of Technology and Innovation Management

Part-time with half of the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited for 3 years with the possibility of extension for another 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in connection with § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility for doctoral studies is given.

Tasks:

The scope of duties includes own scientific training as well as support and implementation of research and teaching in the focus areas of the field of technology and innovation management as well as entrepreneurship. This includes, among other things, collaboration on publication projects and the preparation and follow-up as well as support in the implementation of courses.

Requirements:

• a university degree with above-average grades, preferably in industrial engineering or business administration, with a clear focus in accordance with the subject area profile
• pronounced interest in research and practice-oriented issues as well as strong methodological and analytical skills
• a high level of commitment, strong communication skills, a confident manner in dealing with people at different working levels, and good organizational skills
• very good knowledge of English
• first own experiences in the field of empirical research work are advantageous
