Research Assistant (m/f/d) EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Didactics of Biology

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until 30.11.2021 as part of the sub-project P30 "Life Science Laboratories - Networked Learning in Biology" of the project "Professionalization through Networking - PRONET²" (§ 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given and desired.

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned sub-project of the above-mentioned project (incl. participation in courses)
• Development of learning environments in the field of diagnostics and research-based learning within the framework of FLOX
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the learning environments
• Content-related and organizational collaboration on the profile expansion for the teaching-learning laboratories listed in the area of natural sciences
• Project organization in the context of events on the teaching-learning laboratories

Prerequisites:

• A university degree with at least a good grade, preferably a teaching degree in biology
• Practical school experience in the supervision and guidance of classes in the field of research-based learning

Advantageous / desirable:

• Previous knowledge of videography (didactic use and technology).
• Experience in the use of common research software (e.g. SPSS) and a high willingness to learn the application of complex statistical methods
• An independent, responsible way of working and a high degree of organizational skills as well as teamwork and communication skills
