Research Assistant (m/f/d), up to EG 13 TV-H - in the Department of Didactics of Mathematics

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited to 3 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of didactics of mathematics with a focus on primary education.
• Collaboration in the counseling center for children with learning difficulties in mathematics as well as participation in organizational tasks, participation in projects and scientific conferences.

Requirements:

• Completed scientific university degree for the teaching profession elementary school with the subject mathematics

Advantageous are:

• Expertise in the development of numeracy skills as well as diagnostics and support for learning difficulties in mathematics.
• Willingness to work in the counseling center for children with learning difficulties in mathematics. Willingness to work scientifically in the field of empirical teaching and learning research with a focus on diagnostics and support.
