The position is initially limited to 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years (qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Tasks:

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of school pedagogy with a focus on lower secondary level
• Independent work on a research sub-area of professional research

Requirements:

• Academic university degree in educational science with at least a good grade
• For habilitation candidates: Additionally completed doctorate in the field of educational science with a focus on professional research in the context of university teacher training

Advantageous are:

• Relevant experience in the field of qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social research
• Relevant knowledge in the area of accompanying practical phases in teacher training
