Research Assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of "Didactics of Biology" and at the Center for Teacher Education

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited until 31.03.2022 as part of the project "Professionalization through networking - continuation and potentiation (^PRONET2)" in the sub-project "Structural and content-related implementation of education for sustainable development (ESD) and internationalization in teacher training" (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of project-related learning environments within the training of biology teacher training students
• University teaching or implementation of a biology didactic learning arrangement in the scope of 1 SWS
• Further development of the interdisciplinary concept for the integration of "Education for Sustainable Development" and "Internationalization" into teacher training as part of the profile course "Internationalization and Education for Sustainable Development" (InterESD)
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the biology didactic learning arrangement and the profile program in relation to the professional development of students
• Organizational support and advice for students participating in the profile course
• Writing scientific reports and publications (publications, project presentations, etc.) for the above-mentioned project
• Coordination of and participation in internal and cross-project appointments and meetings, including taking minutes
• Collaboration in the project evaluation

Requirements:

• Completed scientific university degree in a teacher training program, preferably biology
• Experience with ESD and/or internationalization
• A high degree of service orientation
• Ability to present even very complex factual contexts in an understandable and linguistically flawless manner
• Skills in graphics and word processing
• Organizational, team and communication skills

An advantage:

• Experience in the field of scientific evaluation using quantitative and qualitative methods
