Part-time with half of the regular working time of a full-time employee. The position is initially limited until the end of the project (31.12.2022) within the framework of the Excellence Initiative of the State of Hesse "SMolBits ("Scalable Molecular Quantum Bits") (§ 2 Abs. 2 WissZeitVG). Tasks:

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in setting up and performing physical experiments with lasers
  • Experience with interfaces of measurement instruments with computer programs
  • Fluency in written and spoken English communication

  • Experience with femtosecond lasers, pulse shaping techniques, optical spectroscopy, and coherent control
  • Previous experience in scientific publishing and presenting at international conferences
