Research Assistant (m/f/d), up to EG 13 TV-H - Visiting Professorship "Social Work

with 65% of the regular working time of a full-time employee in the framework of the joint project "Who makes whom and what how a case? Reconstructions of case constitution and cooperation of special and social education professionals in inclusive schools - FallKo". The employment is for the induction and for the replacement of an employee during maternity leave and is initially limited until 31.01.2020 (§§ 40, No. 8, 30 TV-H in conjunction with § 21 BEEG). An extension for the duration of parental leave is planned.

Your tasks:

• Data and literature research with regard to the subject area of the project
• Qualitative-reconstructive evaluation of the collected data as well as consolidation of the results
• Participation in and independent writing of publications and reports
• Participation in pedagogical symposia at the schools

Your requirements:

• university degree in educational science, social work/social pedagogy with at least good grades or a teaching degree with at least good grades
• sound knowledge and experience with the collection and analysis of qualitative-reconstructive data as well as in-depth theoretical knowledge regarding the topic "profession/professionality/professionalization" in the context of social work and/or school are required
• Confidence in writing scientific texts is expected

Advantageous are:

• Experience in scientific project coordination (BMBF, DFG or comparable) or in the independent implementation of projects.
• Practical experience in the field of social work and/or in the field of (the development of) schools.
