Research associate (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - Department of Steel and Composite Construction

The position is initially limited until 30.09.2022.

(Qualification position according to § 65 HHG in connection with § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WissZeitVG; The possibility for doctoral studies is given).

Tasks:

• Independent work on a self-selected scientific topic in the area of focus of the FG. This research activity serves the preparation of the doctorate
• Collaboration in the implementation and preparation of research projects.
• Support of the department in the area of teaching
• Collaboration in working groups, committees and/or self-governing bodies of the department.

Requirements:

• Completed scientific university studies and special knowledge in the field of civil engineering.
• Experience in handling and applying information of various kinds
• Ability to evaluate literature and test it against own experience and knowledge
• Organizational skills
• Ability to deal with different groups and to lead conversations
• German language skills min. B1
• English knowledge min. B2

Good knowledge of the administrative work of the department
