The University of Kassel is a young university in the center of Germany. - Preparation of construction requirements for new buildings and renovations on the basis of space requirements measurements.
Requirements:
- Completed academic university studies in the field of architecture or equivalent skills and experience
- Several years of professional experience in the performance of the construction representative function and related project management of university construction measures
- Several years of experience in conducting planning negotiations of demanding construction measures, preferably in university construction
- In-depth knowledge of the requirements profile of natural science departments/subjects (laboratories, etc.)
- Relevant experience in quality, schedule and cost control of extensive construction projects, preferably in higher education
