Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is limited to 3 years. (Qualification position according to § 65 HHG in conjunction with § 2 para. 1 sentence 1 WissZeitVG). The possibility of a doctorate is given. An increase is sought

Tasks

• Academic collaboration in research and teaching in the field of business didactics
• Collaboration in the development of economic didactics publication and research projects in the field of discipline, curriculum and teaching development
• Participation in the acquisition of third-party funding
• Independent work on a research sub-area in the development of didactic teaching in economics

Requirements:

• Academic university degree with very good to good grades in business education or in a related subject (education or economics) with a focus on 'vocational education'

Advantageous are:

• Previous knowledge of business and vocational curriculum and teaching research
• Experience in empirical data collection and analysis
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good IT skills and confidence in working with digital media
• a high degree of organizational skills, an independent way of working and personal commitment
