The position is a project position (project: "Organisationsklima@UniKassel") limited for 2 years according to § 14 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 1 Teilzeit- und Befristungsgesetz.

 

Tasks:

  • You will design measures for personnel development as well as for the maintenance of the organizational culture derived from the results of the university's internal organizational climate survey in close cooperation with other relevant organizational areas.
  • You coordinate, accompany and implement the individual measures derived from the concrete needs of the organizational climate survey, presumably in some of the fields of action leadership and cooperation, information flow and work processes, professional development and perspectives, onboarding, knowledge management and conflict clarification

Requirements:

  • You have a university degree, preferably in a social science, economics or psychology subject, or you have many years of professional experience (at least five years) as a personnel developer with a focus on target group-specific needs assessment, conception and coordination of personnel and organizational development measures.
  • You have methodical and professional knowledge of needs assessments and the conception and implementation of personnel and organizational development measures.
  • You have very good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and friendly manner.
  • You have moderation and consulting experience in various event formats (workshops, working groups, information events, individual and team consultations)
  • You show a high degree of initiative and personal commitment and your way of working is independent, goal- and team-oriented
  • You have a very good knowledge of the university organization and its specific organizational culture
