Tasks:

The position holder is expected to teach specialized didactic and scientific courses in the field of digital design and the application of CAD software in the form of lectures, exercises, and project consultations amounting to 7 semester hours per week, as well as organize the mandatory courses in CAD with the help of tutorials. Furthermore, participation in the implementation and further development of teaching in digital production techniques at the department is desired; as well as participation in research projects of the department Experimental and Digital Design and Construction (Prof. Eversmann).

Requirements:

  • Completed academic university studies in the field of architecture or landscape architecture. The required degree must be received by the hiring date at the latest.
  •  Experience in university teaching, especially in the field of CAD, above-average knowledge in the field of digital design.
  • Experience with CAD applications (e.g. Rhino, Grashopper, ArchiCad, Revit, VectorWorks, Nemetschek).
  • Experience with 3D/modeling and rendering (e.g. Maxwell, Vray, 3d Studio Max, Cinema4D)
  • Image editing and layout (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
