Research assistant (m/f/d), EG 13 TV-H - in the field of agricultural engineering

Part-time with half the regular working hours of a full-time employee. The position is - subject to approval - initially limited until 31.8.2020 as part of the "AdModamm" project (§ 2 para. 2 WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

• Scientific collaboration in the above-mentioned project

Requirements:

• University degree in agricultural sciences with a technical focus, preferably with a relevant doctorate in the field of irrigation technology. The required degree must be available by the recruitment date at the latest.
• Successful publication activity in the field of irrigation and drainage, which must be explicitly proven, is a prerequisite for employment.
• Many years of experience in the international agricultural sector is essential.

Advantageous are:

• Previous experience in conducting field trials independently
• Thorough and independent working methods
• A high degree of organizational skills
• Experience in the preparation of research reports and research proposals
