23rd Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape Design Tour: Why so empty? The city is empty - where are you?

Kassel. One city. 23 districts. Over 200,000 people. More than 300 potential spaces and the question whysoempty? For three months we kept our eyes open. With more than 50 students through every district, every street and beyond. From a small kiosk to a huge railroad site, there's a lot to see. Now these places just need ideas, concepts and people.
